About these terms
These terms and conditions apply when you book or receive any treatment at Trēs Studios, 29-31 Deardengate, Haslingden, Rossendale, BB4 5QN. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Booking and appointments
You can book online through our website, by calling 07860 785 194, emailing [email protected], or via Instagram DM. Making a booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Consultations
A consultation is required before certain treatments, particularly aesthetics and advanced skin treatments. During your consultation, your practitioner will assess suitability, discuss your goals and explain what to expect.
The practitioner may decline to treat if a procedure is not appropriate for you. This is always in your best interest.
Consultation fees (currently £40 for skin consultations) are payable regardless of whether you proceed with treatment.
Cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full treatment cost.
We understand things happen. If something comes up, just let us know as early as you can and we will always try to be flexible.
Pricing
All prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any change will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless taken at the point of booking online. We accept card, cash, or bank transfer. Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Medical disclosure
You must tell us about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancies before treatment. This is essential for your safety.
Withholding medical information may affect both the safety and outcomes of your treatment. We cannot be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Treatment risks
All treatments carry some degree of risk. Your practitioner will explain the specific risks and expected outcomes during your consultation.
By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.
Aftercare
Your practitioner will provide aftercare advice following your treatment. Please follow this carefully.
We cannot be held responsible for outcomes where aftercare instructions have not been followed.
Photos
We may ask to take before and after photos for your treatment records or for marketing purposes. Photos are never used publicly without your written consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Liability
We carry professional indemnity insurance. Our liability in any claim is limited to the cost of the treatment received.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
