Who we are
Trēs Studios is a skin, aesthetics and wellness clinic based at 29-31 Deardengate, Haslingden, Rossendale, BB4 5QN. We are run by three sisters: Mara, Nuala and Ella Hunt.

- Photos - before and after images, only ever taken with your explicit consent

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with marketing lists. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the clinic:
- Online booking system - to manage appointments and send reminders. Your name, contact details and appointment history are stored securely within this system.
- Payment processor - to handle card payments securely, both online and in-clinic. We never see or store your full card details.
- Website analytics - to understand how visitors use our website. This data is anonymised and cannot identify you personally.
These providers process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else unless we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
- Treatment and medical records: 7 years (professional requirement)
- Booking records: 2 years
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it
- General enquiries: 12 months
Cookies
We use minimal cookies. Our site uses session cookies for basic functionality and our online booking system uses cookies to manage your booking session. We use anonymised website analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
