Mara prescribes a personalised homecare routine using ZO Skin Health. Mara holds a Masters in Cosmetic Science and is trained in skin to Level 7. Depending on your skin, this will be either the ZO Anti-Aging Programme or the Aggressive Anti-Aging Programme, which contains retinol for more advanced signs of ageing. Your homecare is the foundation of the entire programme.
Alongside your homecare, we recommend a course of 6 in-clinic treatments. Depending on the thickness and condition of your skin, this may involve microneedling, laser, or a combination of both. Microneedling stimulates collagen production deep within the skin, while laser targets texture and tone at the surface. Your programme is tailored to what your skin responds to best.
Once your initial programme is complete, we recommend regular maintenance appointments to sustain your results. Combined with your homecare routine, this keeps your skin on track and helps maintain the improvements you have worked for.

For ageing skin, either the Anti-Aging Programme or the Aggressive Anti-Aging Programme is recommended. The Aggressive programme contains retinol and is suited to clients with more advanced signs of ageing or those wanting faster results. Mara will recommend the right one for you at your consultation.
